Without payment order shall not be considered confirmed.
At the time of delivery whoever come to pick cake a pic will send to point of contact person to assure product appearance. During transportation if damage happens solely responsible will be pickup person.
We will try to fix the damage product but no cancellation or refund will occur in this case.
If shipping done from Ambrosial zest then will assure product reach safely and intact to destination.
Refund Policy
Once booked cancellation is applicable within 24hrs.
After that 20% charges will be applicable to total cost ..of the cake and rest amount will be refunded.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
No refund if cancellation is done on delivery day or prior day of delivery irrespective of anything.
Complete refund incase of order is not processed by seller.
