Terms & Conditions

For customers:

• We are not liable for any fraudulent behaviour of baker or customer. Both need to solve their issue on their own.
• cakExpo.com does not verify shop act, food licenses of a baker or any other required legal documents required for home bakers. Customer will place orders on their sole discretion.
• If you feel baker is showing photographs taken from Google or any other sources on our platform, you can report such bakers to us and you can avoid ordering from that baker.
• For refunds and other queries, please contact respective bakers.

For Bakers:

• Baker will be responsible for legal compliance. If anyone asks for legal documents like food license, shop act, or any other documents, a baker will be held responsible and he needs to complete the formalities.
• If we feel uploaded cake design is not yours and it is taken from Google or any other source, we reserve the right to suspend your membership even if it is a paid membership. The money will not be refunded in this case.
• Money cannot be refunded if you changed your mind after membership approval.
• We reserve the right to approve or to reject membership.
• Baker needs to set their shipping policy and Cancellation/refund policy on their own.
• Vulgar cake designs are not allowed on platforms. If reported, we reserve the right to cancel the subscription.
• You need to renew your membership before it gets cancelled next year.
• cakexpo.com is not liable for intellectual property thefts. We do not recommend or encourage using other’s brand name and product images or content.
• Membership period is of 1 year. If you don’t renew your membership before it gets cancelled, we are not liable to provide you with a grace period and data backup.
• Setting up shipping zone, delivery charges, and store policies is solely the member’s responsibility.
